1. Who we are
This application is operated by Lotos Decor Studio (decor and event-styling
studio, Belgorod, Russia) — referred to below as “the Studio”, “we”, “us”.
The application is used by the Studio to publish its own portfolio images (“pins”) to
Pinterest boards.
2. What the application does
The application connects to a Pinterest account through Pinterest’s official
OAuth 2.0 authorization flow and, at the account owner’s request, creates
pins (image, title, description, destination link) on boards that the owner selects.
It performs no other actions.
3. What we access and store

Pinterest access granted via OAuth. When you press “Connect Pinterest”,
you are taken to Pinterest’s own login page. Pinterest then returns to us an
access token (and a refresh token) limited to the permissions you approve —
reading your list of boards and creating/reading pins. We never see the login step itself.

Basic account identifiers returned by the Pinterest API: your Pinterest
user ID, username, and the names/IDs of the boards you choose to publish to.

Content you ask us to publish: the images, titles, descriptions and links
that make up each pin.

Technical logs: date, time and result (success / error) of each publish
request, kept for troubleshooting.
This data is stored on the Studio’s own server (located in Russia), access to it is limited
to the Studio, and it is transmitted only over encrypted HTTPS connections.
4. What we do NOT collect
- Your Pinterest password — the OAuth flow never exposes it to us.
- Payment, card or bank details — the application has no payment function.
- Government IDs, passport data or similar documents.
- Your private messages, contacts, browsing history, or the content of boards other than
what is needed to place a pin where you asked.
- We do not post anything without an explicit action by the account owner,
and we do not run ads or trackers on this page.
5. How we use the data
Solely to create and manage pins on your Pinterest boards at your request. We do not sell,
rent or trade your data. We do not share it with any third party except Pinterest itself,
through its official API, as required to publish a pin.
6. Retention and how to revoke access

You can disconnect the application at any time from
Pinterest → Settings → Apps and websites (Pinterest immediately invalidates our token),
or by asking us using the contacts below.

On disconnection, or on your request, we delete the stored access/refresh tokens and
account identifiers. Technical logs are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted.
7. Third-party services
The application interacts with Pinterest. Your use of Pinterest is also governed by
Pinterest’s own Privacy Policy: policy.pinterest.com/privacy-policy.
8. Children
The application is not directed to children and is intended for the Studio’s business use.
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same address with a new
“Last updated” date.

Приложением управляет студия декора «Лотос» (оформление мероприятий,
г. Белгород, Россия) — далее «студия», «мы». Студия использует приложение, чтобы
публиковать собственные фотографии работ («пины») на досках Pinterest.
2. Что делает приложение
Приложение подключается к аккаунту Pinterest через официальную авторизацию
OAuth 2.0 и по запросу владельца аккаунта создаёт пины (изображение,
заголовок, описание, ссылку) на выбранных владельцем досках. Никаких других действий
оно не выполняет.
3. К чему мы получаем доступ и что храним

Доступ к Pinterest по OAuth. При нажатии «Подключить Pinterest» вы
попадаете на страницу входа самого Pinterest. Затем Pinterest передаёт нам
токен доступа (и токен обновления) в пределах разрешений, которые вы
подтвердили, — чтение списка ваших досок и создание/чтение пинов. Сам ввод логина и
пароля мы не видим.

Базовые идентификаторы аккаунта, которые возвращает API Pinterest:
ваш ID пользователя Pinterest, имя пользователя, названия и ID досок, на которые вы
публикуете.

Контент, который вы просите опубликовать: изображения, заголовки,
описания и ссылки каждого пина.

Технические логи: дата, время и результат (успех / ошибка) каждой
публикации — для диагностики.
Эти данные хранятся на собственном сервере студии (расположен в России), доступ к ним
есть только у студии, передаются они только по защищённому соединению HTTPS.
4. Что мы НЕ собираем
- Ваш пароль от Pinterest — при авторизации через OAuth он нам не передаётся.
- Платёжные данные, данные карт и банковских счетов — в приложении нет оплаты.
- Паспортные данные, СНИЛС и подобные документы.
- Ваши личные сообщения, контакты, историю просмотров и содержимое досок сверх того,
что нужно, чтобы разместить пин там, где вы указали.
- Мы не публикуем ничего без явного действия владельца аккаунта и
не используем рекламу или трекеры на этой странице.
5. Как мы используем данные
Только для создания и ведения пинов на ваших досках Pinterest по вашему запросу. Мы не
продаём, не сдаём в аренду и не обмениваем ваши данные. Мы не передаём их никаким третьим
лицам, кроме самого Pinterest — через его официальный API, насколько это нужно для
публикации пина.
6. Хранение и как отозвать доступ

Вы можете в любой момент отключить приложение в
Pinterest → Настройки → Приложения и сайты (Pinterest сразу
аннулирует наш токен) или попросив нас по контактам ниже.

После отключения или по вашему запросу мы удаляем сохранённые токены доступа/обновления
и идентификаторы аккаунта. Технические логи хранятся до 12 месяцев, затем удаляются.
7. Сторонние сервисы
Приложение взаимодействует с Pinterest. К использованию Pinterest также применяется его
собственная Политика конфиденциальности:

8. Дети
Приложение не предназначено для детей и служит для рабочих задач студии.
9. Изменения политики
При изменении политики обновлённая версия будет размещена по этому же адресу с новой датой
«Обновлено».
